The atmosphere was my highlight - great as a solo traveller - to find a place open after 9pm that you can relax.

What a wonderful café! I wish I had one in my hometown; although our hometown is full of excellent cafés, this one is exceptional. What makes it so special? Well, a lot of the meals can be made vegan, and a lot of the meals can be made gluten-free. As I continue on my journey and develop gluten sensitivity that comes and goes, it’s really helpful to have options. They use organic dairy products and free range meat. All that’s lovely, but just look at these pastries! An addition to all of the items that you can have made-to-order, they have an exceptionally large selection of savory pastries, ready to eat, such as pumpkin blue cheese Filo and mushroom miso pie. They had Mexican pies and samosas. Perfect for a quick grab, and they will heat them there if you need them to. Plus, the prepared sweet pastries looked exceptional as well. If you view the photo of my husband standing next to the pastries, you will see that look of joy and excitement on his face. What a selection! Did I mention this place stays open very late? And that it was centrally located and only steps from our hotel? If we had more days in Wellington, we would be here every day!

SOOOO many vegan options! They have everything from savory to sweet and from what I can tell, most items can be made vegan. I got the Vegan Hash Stack. Very filling. The hash brown were a bit greasy but nothing wrong with that. Wait was a bit long so if you are in a rush please take note.

Wowww we loved it!! Will definitely be back! We love how they had simple options as well as the other delicious options. We got avocado toast, pancakes (berrys, yogurt and banana), cocoa pops, and 3 hot chocolates. ‼We forgot to take a photo before we ate half of it‼ The avocado toast was great! Perfect avo The pancakes were so delicious, fluffy and thick! The berrys & yogurt were nice and the banana was yum. The hot chocolates were perfect. Nice and chocolatey with some marshmallows So many good options, I had a hard time trying to decide what I wanted! Very decently priced as well. We will definitely be returning

Popped in twice, once for breakfast and again for afternoon coffee and a pick-me-up. Nailed the Flat Whites with tasty food and treats to boot! Check it out, Mate!

Came here for the chocolate cake cos I saw that reviews said they were big, yummy and value for money - it was definitely big for $8.50 but a little dry and the chocolate tasted a little cheap. It’s topped by sugar coffee-chocolate icing, not buttercream. But the interior looked really cool and artsy, perhaps try some of the other options
